About Kenny Cedeno

Originally from Havana, Cuba, Kenny Cedeno brings a unique blend of compassion, determination, and strategic thinking to the world of real estate. After immigrating to the United States with his family as an infant, Kenny grew up with a deep appreciation for opportunity, hard work, and building meaningful relationships. Although he initially pursued Architecture in college due to his fascination with real estate and design, his passion for helping others led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and spend several years working as a nurse before ultimately following his long-standing dream of becoming a real estate agent in 2025.

Kenny’s background in healthcare has become one of his greatest strengths in real estate. His nursing experience taught him patience, attentiveness, communication, and how to genuinely care for people during important moments in their lives, skills that now translate directly into the way he supports his clients throughout every transaction. Known for being driven, strategic, and relentless, Kenny approaches each client relationship with dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering results.

Like any new career path, real estate came with its challenges. Still, Kenny quickly adapted and found early success by building momentum in the rental market and steadily increasing his closings.
