A Miami native with Colombian roots, Katherine is fluent in English and Spanish and brings over a decade of experience guiding buyers and sellers through South Florida’s dynamic real estate market. Currently the Branch Manager at Luxe Properties in Pembroke Pines, Katherine combines deep local knowledge with leadership at the highest levels of the industry. She has held several key positions with the Miami Association of Realtors, including 2023 YPN Board President, 2024 Global Chair, and is the 2026 Chairman-Elect for the Miami Association of Realtors. Her professional recognition includes being named the 2023 YPN of the Year, a 2023 "20 Under 40" honoree, and featured in South Florida Real Estate Who’s Who.
A lifelong learner and educator, Katherine earned the 2020 Educator of the Year Award and holds prestigious certifications including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) from the National Association of Realtors.
Beyond real estate, Katherine is passionate about giving back to her community. She has volunteered as a wish granter for Make-A-Wish, supported children through Radio Lollipop at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and served on the board of the Miracle Society for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
