Born and raised in Miami, Annette prides herself in her intimate knowledge of all things Miami, along with her strong network from her upbringing (OLLA c/o 99’) and her past work experiences. Holding a Real Estate license for 23 years, Annette has become a local expert in the Miami Housing Market. She has gained a great deal of knowledge through her work and studies in the Real Estate industry, putting her above her peers when it comes to analyzing and understanding the Miami market and guiding her clients accordingly.

Her passion for analytics positions her clients with added value when negotiating. As a past paralegal, Annette has a vast knowledge of contracts and legal terms. She is proactive when it comes to all her transactions to make the process as smooth as possible for her clients.
