#1 BE STRONG INTERNATIONAL | Thursday 11.9.2023
Join Be Strong International for their Food Drive at Joe and Enid Demps Park (Former Goulds) from 9am until supplies last, for an incredible time making a difference in your community. Food prep and distribution for up to 500 households.
#2 JOSHUA’S HEART FOUNDATION | Thursday 11.16.2023
Join JHF at 11:30AM for a food sorting & packing event at the JHF Pantry located in North Miami Beach. Volunteers are needed to help sort and pack groceries to distribute to families in need. Great opportunity to give back to the community and make a difference.
#3 CORNERSTONE FOOD PANTRY | Friday + Saturday 11.17. + 11.18.23
Cornerstone Food Pantry distributes food to neighbors in need twice a month. Volunteers needed on Friday to prepare for distribution of non-perishable foods, bakery tems and meat are bagged to ensure an efficient distributions. Volunteers needed for distribution day on Saturday.
#4 FOOD RESCUE US | Saturday 11.18.2023
Join Food Rescue US South Florida for its monthly FREE Food Distribution “Farmers Market” at Miami Peniel Church of Nazarene in Little Haiti. Partnering with Tapari and Konscious Kontractors, celebrate Haitian culture and community beginning at 12 noon while supplies last. | Set up 10:30AM + distribution 12:00PM
#5 PISGAH PANTRY | Tuesday 11.21.2023
Volunteers are needed at the Pisgah Pantry to help with sorting donated foods, sorting food items packing bags or boxes for distribution, and rotating stock and boxes in the storage area as needed. Volunteers will help with final preparations for serving pantry clients, on distribution day and clean up.
