#1 OTTO'S HUGH DRIVE
Otto’s High Drive is one of the best Orlando destinations for happy hour and happy bites. They have over 30 cocktails like the Chancleta made with mezcal and hibiscus, and we love the Happy Hour highballs. The best part? You might even catch them roast a pig on the patio, which they use in the medianoche, a sandwich that’s essentially the same as the Cubano, except the pork is flanked by some sweeter bread.
#2 KAYA
Kaya is a fine-dining Filipino spot worth adding to your list of Orlando eateries. Come here for a nicer date night and focus on the chef’s nightly menu. If you can’t get in, they reserve a couple of tables for walk-ins where you can order a la carte and have Happy Hour specials Tuesday through Thursday from 6-7pm.
#3 NORMAN'S
Looking to splurge on dinner while in Orlando? The spacious dining room at Norman's has a shining brass bar and windows into the 4,000-bottle wine cellar, along with a constant flow of double-digit anniversary dinners. The top-tier eatery does fancy fusion dishes like french toast stuffed with foie gras and blue crab beignets with yuzu aioli, along with some excellent wine pairing.
#4 TORI TORI
This walk-in-only Japanese pub is the perfect spot to unwind, share small plates, and indulge in Happy Hour deals. The inviting space is always bustling with people chatting and the eclectic vibe sure adds to the ambiance. Reservations are not accepted, so arrive early or risk waiting in line.
#5 THE MONROE
The Monroe blends incredible dishes in a loungey space that’s like a more upscale version of the Brady Bunch’s living room. Located on the ground floor of The Julian Apartments at Creative Village in Downtown Orlando, The Monroe is a diverse social gathering place with a main dining room, bar, lounge/study, backyard patio, and daytime coffee bar.
