Noble 33’s touches down in Wynwood, Miami this fall. Sparrow Italia offers a modern take on Italian dining with Mediterranean twists. Led by chef Alejandro Porben, an alum of Scarpetta, the menu will honor Italy’s national bird, the sparrow, with dishes symbolizing elements like simplicity, joy, and freedom.
#2 CASA GIANNA
Casa Gianna, set to open in October at the Gale Miami Hotel, will offer an exquisite menu under the direction of Chef David Caceres. The restaurant will integrate classic Italian dishes with modern influences, featuring pasta and an Aperitivo Hour.
#3 SUNNY’S
From the team behind Jaguar Sun and Sunny’s Someday Steakhouse, Sunny’s is set to open in Little River this fall. Led by chef Carey Hynes and former EDGE Steakhouse chef Aaron Brooks, the menu will feature raw bar bites, steakhouse classics, handmade pasta, and so much more. Nestled in an old roofing warehouse, the restaurant’s courtyard offers casual outdoor seating, while the indoor dining room contemporises the traditional steakhouse vibe.

Japón is the newest addition to The Setai Miami Beach set to open this October. Led by executive chefs Vijayudu Veena and Ivan Monzón, the restaurant will deliver traditional Japanese dishes featuring an extensive sake selection, cocktails, and wines.
