Rick Ross is building more than a music legacy. As part of the development team behind EnSima Miami, he's helping bring an eight story mixed use project to Miami Gardens, one that will include 670 residences and roughly 165,000 square feet of retail.
Led by entrepreneurs Shalom Arik Maimon, Ali Yesil & David Shapiro, alongside mentalist and entrepreneur Lior Suchard. The financial details of his involvement haven't been made public, but the significance of his presence speaks for itself.
