Richard began his career in real estate within the luxury spec home market before transitioning into 
condominium conversions during one of South Florida’s most dynamic development eras. From 2002 to 
2006, he led the implementation of sales and marketing strategies that resulted in the successful sale of 
over 3,000 condominium units—an achievement that established his reputation for executing at scale in
competitive markets.

 

He then spent the following decade on Wall Street, where he analyzed global market conditions and 
macroeconomic trends across specific countries while sharpening his sales and negotiation expertise at 
the highest levels of finance. This dual background gives Richard a rare command of both the financial 
fundamentals and market dynamics that drive luxury real estate decisions.


Today, Richard leads The Acosta Group, a specialized team dedicated to the luxury new development 
sector. The team partners with developers to bring new luxury projects to market and guides discerning 
buyers in discovering exceptional residences that match their lifestyle and investment goals.
