Born and mostly raised in Key West, Rashonda moved to Miami at the age of 15. Before entering real estate, she spent nearly a decade working in special education in the Florida Keys, an experience that strengthened her ability to listen, communicate clearly, advocate for others, and approach every situation with patience and understanding. Seeking a career where she could continue making an impact while creating greater flexibility for her family, Rashonda found her path in real estate.

Her entrepreneurial experience also sets her apart. Rashonda founded and grew a successful handmade soap business, selling thousands of products to customers around the world. Building her own business sharpened her organization, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to find solutions—all skills she now puts to work for her real estate clients.

Resourceful, attentive, and driven, Rashonda takes a hands-on approach to every transaction. Whether helping a first-time buyer make the transition from renting to homeownership or guiding a seasoned homeowner into their next chapter, her priority is making sure every client feels heard, informed, and taken care of from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Rashonda enjoys discovering new local spots and spending relaxing pool days with her family.
