Patricia was born and raised in Miami, Fl but has traveled and lived all over the United States. From the moment she purchased her first home Patricia knew she wanted to assist others in sharing the same joy and realization of becoming a homeowner. Making dreams a reality is what she is about. Patricia is dedicated, hardworking, honest, persistent in achieving her clients goals, easy to work with and reliable. Placing her clients needs first and going above and beyond for them is her number one priority. Being an ex-military spouse of 10 years has also made her knowledgeable in assisting other military families looking to sell, buy or rent their homes. Aside from obtaining her Real Estate licence, Patricia also holds a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Washington State, and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University. When not assisting her clients with their Real estate needs, Patricia is also the co-owner of an Independent Bookstore she owns with her husband, and a mother of 2 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, riding bike, boating, traveling and decorating.
