Meet Nicole

Nicole was born in Miami, Fl and is a second generation real estate Broker. She began her real estate career in 2015 as a realtor associate for her grandmother,Miriam Gutierrez. In 2019 Nicole took ownership of Dream House Realty from her grandmother who originally launched in 1995. Nicole has helped over 100 families buy and sell their homes. It is this experience in the industry along with her background in real estate law as a paralegal, that makes her able to lead the Dream House Realty team. Nicole attends numerous real estate conferences and courses during the year to stay ahead of the industry. Nicole takes pride in creating family relationships with her clients and giving them a 5 star experience. In her free time Nicole loves to spend the day on the boat with her family.
