She is an accomplished Marketing professional with over 25 years of progressive mortgage origination, servicing, listing and new home sales experience. Her business approach is friendly, direct and effective as she understands the needs of her clients and their ability to purchase. Celeste is a focused listener and advisor. She knows what it takes to assist in pre-qualifying for a loan and delivering a seamless buying experience whether it be your first home, a luxury condo retreat or your retirement dream villa. Her diligence in understanding a client's lifestyle needs has moved her to the forefront as a top producer. Explaining each step of their transaction, and responding quickly to calls and emails has gained her a reputation as a consummate seller’s agent and closer. Celeste makes each customer feel as if they were her only concern; where some might see obstacles, she sees opportunities for resolution. This attitude, followed by action, often provides the "adhesiveness" that bonds transactions together against seemingly impossible odds- especially for our service members who are deployed and need to transition back to the United States. “When it is time for you to come back home, I will have your keys waiting”. Celeste attributes most of her success with selling homes to her growing up in a Military home. Taking pride in assisting relocating and transitioning Corporate and Military buyers, as well as Seniors, Luxury and Retired “empty nesters”. Her strong work ethics are a result of her years spent as an Army Wife and firm upbringing as an “army brat”. Born in Honolulu on Tripler AFB and raised in Hampton Roads, Virginia, she gained experience while in high school and college as administrative support with the US ARMY at TRADOC in Fort Monroe, VA. Celeste is a Heroes REALTOR; honoring the work of everyday heroes by saving them money on the purchase or sale of their homes. Everyday Heroes are those who labor in the fields of Military, Teachers, Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, EMT, Health Care Professionals and Veterinarians. As the first woman in her family to graduate from college, Celeste was no stranger to adversity and challenges while earning a B.S. in Marketing from Hampton University in VA. She also graduated from the Management Training Center for the Army and Air force Exchange Service (AAFES) at Fort Bliss, TX and became an Area Manager and Buyer at Fort Stewart, GA and Fort Bragg, NC. Afterwards she transitioned into Ownership of a Wellness Salon, Mortgage Servicing and Real Estate Sales. Celeste is married, and has 3 adult children and 3 grand children. She is the founder of the former CHTAYLOR foundation which provided support for women and girls with hair loss and alopecia as a result of cancer treatments, auto immune deficiencies and lupus. The foundation was created in honor of her mother who succumbed to breast and lung cancer in 1981. Celeste is determined to make a difference in all of the lives that she is allowed to assist by delivering the highest quality of service and excellence.
