About Alejandro Martinez

Born and raised in Coral Gables, Alex Martinez developed an appreciation for real estate long before beginning his career in the industry. Growing up surrounded by the distinctive architecture, beautiful homes, and unique character of Coral Gables sparked a lifelong interest in properties and the communities that surround them.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Alex gained valuable industry exposure through a 2025 internship with David Siddons, where he had the opportunity to experience the South Florida real estate market firsthand.

Now beginning his own career while continuing his college education, Alex brings curiosity, determination, and enthusiasm to every opportunity.

One of Alex’s greatest strengths is his ability to understand people and approach each situation from their perspective. He believes that buying or selling a home should feel as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and he takes the time to listen, understand his clients’ goals, and guide them throughout every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Alex enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching films, and discovering new experiences. Whether working with a buyer or seller, his philosophy remains simple: his clients are always his number one priority.
