As a REALTOR licensed in Florida, Vanessa provides Strategic Transaction services to her clients across many Florida markets. She decided to become a REALTOR due to her aunt being a Property Manager for multiple buildings in NY. Her aunt inspired her to take on the real estate market and helped her grow up with a natural love for it. Vanessa’s background in reconciling bank accounts for small buildings helped her build an attention to detail that plays out as a key factor in how she handles a real estate transaction.
Starting in 2009, She worked for a management company that consisted of 5 residential buildings and 4 co-ops; approximately 1200 units total. She handled everything from leasing, rent collections, evictions, closings, board/annual meetings, etc. Currently, she works as an Assistant Property Manager for a Luxury condo building on South Beach. Vanessa has her LCAM license and she gives her clients the best of both worlds: the client’s side and the owner’s side.
On her time off, Vanessa enjoys trying new restaurants and places to spend quality time where great scenery is provided. When possible, Vanessa travels to New York to spend time with all the family she has in the big apple.
