Meet Sheri
Following in a long family tradition of real estate, Sheri Garzia is the third generation of real estate professionals behind her father and grandfather. Like them, she is driven by a passion to help others and to be a resource for those seeking high-end service in Miami’s competitive luxury market. “I believe strongly that ‘going above and beyond’ is the baseline when it comes to high-end properties,” says Sheri. “I’ve always been willing to give clients the fullest extent of my attention and expertise, and that has made all the difference.”
Currently, Sheri focuses on luxury residential single-family homes in such in-demand Miami neighborhoods as Ponce Davis, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables, though she has extensive expertise in other areas of the greater South Florida area as well, having been a Miami resident since obtaining her degree from Florida International University. Since that time, she has built a reputation for integrity and performance that has earned her the praise of discerning clients, including film producers for television and commercials. At the heart of her success is her own love for the industry and the properties themselves – and Sheri’s unique talent for communicating the special features and benefits offered by a specific listing through Social Media and other Marketing Outlets.
In her personal life, Sheri has a strong love of health and fitness. She is a former competitive Crossfit Athlete and enjoys multiple aspects of holistic living. She also loves spending time with her husband and their Black Labrador, Wesley. Sheri thoroughly enjoys traveling and checking off destinations from around the world as part of her visits. She also devotes time and support to Bags of Hope, Central Florida – a charity founded by her parents in Orlando which delivers food packages, books, tutoring services, and mentorship to children and families experiencing hunger or housing insecurity due to poverty.
