About Pilar Aviles

Pilar Aviles started her journey in the real estate industry 10 years ago. Prior to obtaining her RE license, she was a title closer specializing in short sale negotiations. Through her experience as a title closer, she gained the knowledge and expertise on how to handle any and all issues that can arise during the real estate transaction process. She guided her clients through issues of hardship, corrected title discrepancies, and successfully closed 100% of her clients.

 

Born and raised in Miami, she is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has clients from all over the US as well as from South America. Outside of her passion for real estate, Pilar enjoys attending concerts all throughout Miami; traveling at least 3-4 times a year, and being active by playing in a beach volleyball league every Saturday. She also just recently celebrated her one-year wedding anniversary and is looking forward to the arrival of her first child in January 2015.
