Meet Maritza
Maritza Aguiar was born and raised in Miami, with a Cuban background. She is bilingual and a proud mother of two charismatic boys. She has always had a special place in her heart for real estate and was convinced she had to get involved in the industry when she didn’t have the best experience buying her first home.
Maritza strongly believes in “quality over quantity”. She wants to provide her clients with a personalized, detail-oriented experience.
Maritza also has a huge love for all things interior design. She loves finding the “diamond in the rough” and helping her clients see the potential in the sometimes overlooked and hidden properties. She’s not scared to get her hands dirty with a little DIY project.
Outside of real estate, Maritza has received her Associate in Arts from Miami Dade College and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at FIU. When she is not working in real estate, Maritza enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, dining, reading, and watching movies.
