About Emy Soza

A Miami native, born and raised in Florida.

 

Graduated with her Bachelor’s in Accounting from FIU

 

My real estate career began with 13th Floor Investments as Staff Accountant. Just one year into her role, the company offered Emy to launch their home building division which commenced with 253 single-family homes. After selling in a record time of 18 months, Emy launched 2 more communities in Broward County a total of which consisted of 253 homes.

 

Emy and her team launched and successfully sold 3 single-family home communities, assisted 600 families with their home-buying journey, and most importantly created long-lasting friendships

 

Passionate about helping her community, Emy has continued to leverage her accounting knowledge, sales experience, and most importantly her love for people to establish new friendships and long-term relationships

 

When Emy isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, you’ll find her at the beach, hosting family gatherings, exercising, her son’s baseball games, or her daughters' gymnastics practices.
