Meet Aya
Aya Olmedillo’s life mission is to change the lives of those who come in contact with her through her positive energy and love. She has successfully incorporated this practice into a 20+ year career in financial services. Always doing what’s right for the client stands at the core of her customer service approach to sales. Her emphasis on integrity, hard work, and adaptability drive her success. Growing up in Miami, she has personal experience in many of Miami’s well-known communities. Being a second generation Cuban has not only allowed her to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish, it has also taught her to embraces her family’s living examples of sacrifice and work ethic. She is a graduate of Florida International University with a major in Business Management and a minor in Computer Science. Her love for technology has given her a leading edge advantage in any venture she embarks on. Aya has been able to master the use of technology to simplify processes while maintaining a high touch personal approach to her business. This has allowed her to adapt quickly to the changing world. After raising two children and establishing a successful financial services brokerage with her family, Aya decided it was time to invest her time and efforts into the real estate industry to continue to bring their investment clients, friends and family exceptional value. Aya is eager to continue to learn and develop to help her accomplish her life’s mission.
