Traveling and residing in different cities has helped Martha communicate and understand the needs of the beautiful intercultural market we have in South Florida. She was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Madrid, Spain. Martha went to college in Trumbull, Connecticut and has resided in Miami, Florida ever since. This gives her a deep understanding of our city and what its residents enjoy in order to have a global knowledge and the connections to satisfy her clients.
Martha has been in the real estate industry as a sales agent since 2002, with a Broker’s license since 2005. She has experience from the initial contract stage of a transaction all through title closing & conveyance, as she has also been a Title Examiner and a Closer for the past 25 years, which is a bonus to any Buyer or Seller.
Martha’s drive and dedication to achieving outstanding results in her professional life is matched in her personal realm. She lives an active lifestyle focused on enjoying different forms of exercise, such as SoulCycle, yoga, and bootcamps. She’s able to fuel her energy with a veggie-filled pescatarian diet, partially thanks to the gourmet dinners her daughter cooks. However, as a proud mom disclosure, that daughter is a Doctoral Candidate in Cognitive Neuroscience. Martha finds that a healthy lifestyle has shaped, and is an ode to, the dedication to achieving success in every realm of her life.
