Tiffany Lepe is a licensed Florida Realtor with eight years of combined experience spanning luxury property management and real estate sales. Originally from San Gabriel, California, Tiffany built her early career in the fashion industry, working as a buyer, trend forecaster, and business development professional before launching her own brand with retail distribution across New York and Los Angeles. That entrepreneurial foundation instilled a sharp instinct for negotiation, market positioning, and building from the ground up.

Tiffany chose real estate because she wanted to build something of her own and operate at the highest level, guided by a mindset that is disciplined, results-focused, & always growing. 

The analytical skills from her forecasting background, combined with her hands-on leasing and management experience, allow her to deliver strategic, seamless service whether her clients are buying, selling, or relocating.

Outside of real estate, Tiffany is deeply committed to fitness and staying active, and loves to travel and explore new places with friends and family.
