
Pedro Fernandez was born in New York City New York, with Hispanic parents. He considers himself a Miami Dade County native as he grew up in the 305 next to the Miami International Airport; has presently lived in the West Kendall area for the past 20 years.
Pedro attended the several schools in Miami FL. of which were Coral Gables High School, Miami Dade College, University of Miami, and Florida Carrier College. BOMA Building Owners and Management Institute where he studied Property Management and the Operations of the building envelope and have been in the Real Estate Property Management Business since the late mid 90’s.
Pedro has strong knowledge in the following subjects: Commercial Leasing, Construction Management, Development, Architectural and MEP Plan review and further technical items in addition to IT and AV, these past experience has helped him closing Class A Tenant Leases for the property management firm.
Pedro Fernandez enjoys teaching and his peers in vast related subjects to Class A Office Buildings’. Some of the subjects he has knowledge in is Building Operations of the building envelope.
Pedro’s hobbies include:
Boating, enjoys taking his family and friends out on the water for a day of fun in the sun. He also enjoys vacationing around the globe.
