Backing up Lissette’s multifaceted field of knowledge is a broad range of real estate expertise. She has spent over a decade working as a Realtor Associate, Broker Associate, and even Director of Operations and Sales with the city’s leading real estate firms. As a Director, she has helped close over two and a half billion in sales. As a Broker in particular, she has in-depth experience with leading other agents towards common goals and overseeing large teams of real estate professionals so that they may optimize their efforts and exceed expectations. As well, her years as a Broker Associate have honed her skills in contract negotiation, transaction details, and networking with attorneys, title companies, and other agents.

Lissette’s considerable talent for keeping such a huge operation running in an orderly fashion was developed over many years working with her family’s own real estate business, where she spent countless hours working side by side with her mother as she represented discerning clients in the Miami area. She also has a background as a professional organizer and founded her own organizing business in 2005. Her real estate clients have included such high-profile personalities such as the owner of a Mexican Soccer Team, as well as its head coach, and their agent. In the future, she plans to expand her international reach further.

Originally from Miami, Lissette attended Gulliver Preparatory High School, where she graduated with Honors. She then went on to attend Lynn University. Additionally, she is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, where she served as Director in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020; and of the Miami Association of Realtors where she was on the Young Professional’s board. Lissette Is also Microsoft Office certified and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
