A natural fit for the world of real estate, with a talent for producing results, Lissette Fernandez brings vibrant enthusiasm to every transaction. In fact, within three days of earning her real estate license, Lissette obtained a $1 million listing in Coral Gables, and successfully had it under contract within 6 days. While she has gone on to sell many other prestigious properties with market-leading results, Lissette still sees this as one of her most significant transactions as it is an excellent example of why her philosophy works. “I’m a very hands-on agent,” she explains. “I make it a point to oversee every aspect of my work personally – it’s the only way I can be satisfied that it’s done to my standards. It also ensures that my clients are getting exactly what they expect of our working relationship – real attention from me.”
Backing up Lissette’s multifaceted field of knowledge is a broad range of real estate expertise. She has spent over a decade working as a Realtor Associate, Broker Associate, and even Director of Operations and Sales with the city’s leading real estate firms. As a Director, she has helped close over two and a half billion in sales. As a Broker in particular, she has in-depth experience with leading other agents towards common goals and overseeing large teams of real estate professionals so that they may optimize their efforts and exceed expectations. As well, her years as a Broker Associate have honed her skills in contract negotiation, transaction details, and networking with attorneys, title companies, and other agents.
Lissette’s considerable talent for keeping such a huge operation running in an orderly fashion was developed over many years working with her family’s own real estate business, where she spent countless hours working side by side with her mother as she represented discerning clients in the Miami area. She also has a background as a professional organizer and founded her own organizing business in 2005. Her real estate clients have included such high-profile personalities such as the owner of a Mexican Soccer Team, as well as its head coach, and their agent. In the future, she plans to expand her international reach further.
