Jessica Valdes was born and raised in Miami, FL of Cuban parents. She is fully bilingual and has lived in Westchester all of her life. Jessica is an honors graduate with her bachelors in Special Education. She is a licensed public adjuster and a community association manager. Her passion for managing HOAs and Condo communities became about from her late father. She was a successful community association manager and owner of a management company for over 18 years. Through her work, Jessica became familiar with the business and in 2013 decided to leave the school system and branch full time into property management. Her mother, sister, and best friend (one of Luxe successful realtor, Melissa Concepcion) encouraged her into the real estate field which led her here today. ‬‪Her experience of working with different kinds of people, her problem solving skills, and organizational skills benefit her clients by ensuring a well rounded overall capability. ‬

‪Jessica is a mother of five and has been married for 18 years.  She keeps very active in her children lives and pushes herself everyday to succeed and venture into new opportunities for them. Her greatest motivation is her family and her faith in God. On her spare time, she spends as much time as possible with her family. Her hobbies include shopping, home decorating, and traveling. She believes that not even the sky is the limit and everything is possible when you work hard.‬
