David Diaz pursued a career in real estate immediately after High School. Entering the industry as a licensed and certified appraiser, his experience in valuation and assessment is an asset when pricing and negotiating. Now as a licensed real estate agent, he represents buyers and sellers throughout South Florida with extensive knowledge in the tri-county area.

Residing in Downtown Miami, one of David’s specialties is the new construction market. He is fluent in English and Spanish and takes pleasure in engaging with foreigners and investors seeking to maximize the current opportunities in the magic city. He works well with unique properties that offer a plus feature. Whether it is location, design, or scenic view, his skills in presenting the property are creative and efficient.

David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida.  As a Miami native, he is passionate about the history of his hometown and enjoys activities such as fishing, biking, and boating.
