Alex Ilic is the CEO and Managing Broker of LX Realty in Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois, Chicago with a Degree in Computer Science. During his schooling he specialized in Business, Data Science, Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence and he utilizes these skills and cutting-edge technology to help serve his client’s needs at the highest level.

Alex is a true entrepreneur, he founded his first business a Logistics firm whilst still at school, he then went on to work at world’s largest real estate franchise Keller Williams, number one brokerage by sales volume in the United States and by agent count that has more than 180,000 associates and more than 1,000 offices, it was at this point when he fell in love with the Real-Estate Industry. A few years later in 2019, Alex found innovative ways to bring more value to Chicago’s Real-Estate Market, and founded the technology driven brokerage, LX Realty Inc. His passion for helping others combined with his technical expertise has enabled him to deliver excellent service to his clients.
