About Starsha Carter

In 2005, Starsha Carter started out working for one of Broward County’s largest foreclosure law firms. She started from the bottom working as a file clerk, knowing absolutely nothing about foreclosures. Slowly, she worked her way up to becoming one of the team leads of the firm’s Deed- In-Lieu of Foreclosure department. Later, the firm would have one of the largest lay-offs and would close their doors. Shortly, after being laid-off, Starsha would then be hired by another firm as the team lead of their REO department, handling files from start to close all while studying to become a Real Estate agent. Her leadership and organization skills, as well as, her ability to get the job done have allowed Starsha to have a successful career in Real Estate.

 

Starsha’s motto I’ll go where you want to create memories allows her clients to purchase homes based on their needs and not her convenience, which makes her stand out from other agents. I’ve had high moments in my career from making my first sale to dealing with Professional Athletes and I’ve had low moments as well from bad inspections to irate clients but one thing remains constant and that’s my LOVE for Real Estate says Starsha. She would not trade having her own business for anything. Real Estate is the most rewarding career that she has ever had.

 

Outside of Real Estate, Starsha is a FOODIE. She loves all things related to food (Food truck events, Food & Wine festivals etc.). vacationing when she can, animals and volunteering are three things that she enjoys the most. She hopes to one day start a non-profit organization geared toward helping single women and women with children who are homeless by providing a safe place.
